Our agents are our partners that have the same mindset and are trained to provide outstanding service to the community.  We started in Florida and have since expanded to 6 states (North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas and New Jersey).  We have dedicated staff to help you through the process, we help agents get properly trained, motivated and have a thriving insurance business.

The RS Financial staff are professional, courteous and well equipped to help meet the challenges of this dynamic insurance environment.  We are multicultural, multilingual and multi-talented.  Talent is in our DNA. We are currently building our team in the areas of sales associate, accounts receivable clerk, and community outreach to help meet the needs of our expansion to other states.
